The Zesty Kitchen

Citrus fruits are tasty, nutritious and versatile. Lemons, limes, grapefruit, kumquats and others are readily available at this time of year. The presenters will share their favorite recipes for the many treats that can be made with various citrus including jelly, marmalade, candied fruits and peels, flavored salts and lemon curd. The class will also offer information on safety procedures to be used during the preparation of your fruit as well as appropriate methods for storing your finished product. A handout with recipes will be provided.
