Sumptuous Salmon

The Master Food Preservers of Amador County invite you to a comprehensive pressure canning class, following their recent statewide training at UC Davis. This hands-on class will demonstrate the safe and effective preservation of salmon filets using professional pressure canning techniques. Participants will also enjoy samples of appetizers, including gravlax, using the canned products. Enhance your food preservation expertise with this informative and practical session.
