Get ready to go on a personal inner journey of discovery, relaxation, and healing with Sacred Sound.

I invite you to bathe in the vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, drumming, Tibetan bowls, and more! Join me to take a journey of deep rest and reset to restore the mind-body-heart connection.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolsters, pillow, and optional eye mask. You will be lying on the floor so make sure you are comfortable.
