Fair Housing

Participants will gain a deep understanding of the historical context, the Fair Housing Act, and its significance, as well as the legal protections it offers to federally protected classes. Through real-world examples and role-playing, learners will identify discriminatory practices and develop strategies to prevent them in both marketing and client interactions. The course will empower real estate professionals with tools and best practices to foster inclusivity and equity, both in community development and individual housing transactions.
