In this workshop, you will learn:
-How to feel and work with your own energy, utilizing all of your senses
-Some basic knowledge of the meridian system and ley lines
-How to balance, cleanse, and feel your chakras
-How to balance, cleanse, feel, and possibly see auras
-How to create A Sacred Safe Space, plus a few more SURPRISES!

This is a hands-on workshop, and we will be taking our time to explore many avenues of energy work. Bring your thinking caps, journals/pens, and curiosity.

A light snack, water, tea, and coffee will be provided.
