Following our two nights of change (“It Stops Here in 2026 – This Is It!”), we invite you to join us for a Faith-Centered, interactive Emotional Wellness Workshop designed to help you release negative thoughts, emotions, and patterns that hinder growth and reset your heart and mind for the year ahead.

Our speaker is Cassie McDuffey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Christian Mental Health Coach, and founder of Faith Forward Wellness, where she helps individuals cultivate emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. As we begin a new year, Cassie brings professional expertise and faith-informed insight to guide us in releasing what weighs us down and resetting for a healthier, balanced life.
