Jaime Lawrence, MT-BC and founder of Harmony Garden Music Therapy, leads a soothing sound bath using crystal bowls, drum, flute, and voice. Sound healing supports nervous system regulation, helping you shift from stress to rest. Settle into your cozy nest of blankets and pillows, bring a mat and comfy layers, and allow the vibrations to guide you into deep relaxation and reset.
