Flämingo Farm, Fröhden. We are one hour’s drive from Berlin Neukölln.
The farm is easily reachable by public transport. Normally just a 40-minute train ride from Berlin, the route currently takes about two hours due to temporary track work replacement bus services to Jüterbog.
From there, you can book a convenient shuttle bus (Rufbus) to the farm or enjoy an easy 10 km bike ride along a dedicated countryside path.

About Nicha
Nicha grew up in Bangkok where great food is available in at any price point. After Nicha moved to Germany she quickly discovered, that Thai food is mostly seen as a quick or imbiss kind of food, without a lot of variety.
After teaching herself how to cook based on childhood memories, Nicha worked at Kin Dee, Germany’s only Thai restaurant, that had been awarded a Michelin star.
Throughout this journey, Nicha has honed a style that celebrates elevated Thai cuisine — using local and seasonal ingredients while staying true to the bold, balanced flavors of Thailand.
Through her cooking, Nicha aims to shift the perception of Thai food in Germany, showing that it can be elevated and deeply expressive, far beyond the “Imbiss” stereotype.
