Lunchtime dance: Movement training

New! Monday midday dance class in Brussels – all levels welcome

Looking for a way to boost your energy and stay active during the workday? Join us every Monday at 12:30 PM for a refreshing 45-minute dance class near Flagey, at Rue Félix Bovie 25, Ixelles.

This class is designed to improve your mobility, strength, flexibility, and coordination through accessible and enjoyable dance-based exercises. No previous dance experience needed — just bring comfortable clothes and shoes and a curious body!

🔸 15 min: Dynamic warm-up to get your body moving
🔸 15 min: Learn a new dance technique (no pressure, just fun!)
🔸 7 min: Improvisation games to explore movement
🔸 7 min: Deep stretch to leave you feeling refreshed

Whether you're a total beginner or looking to reconnect with your body, you are welcome to join!
Registration is obligatory.

Drop in class - 10 EUR
Trimester - 90 EUR
Flexible 5 class pack - 45 EUR
Student/Unemployed - 8 EUR per class, 80 EUR per trimester
First trial class free.
