On the occasion of the final weekend of her show at La Loge, Béatrice Balcou invites artist Yael Davids to give a Feldenkrais lesson in the exhibition.
The Feldenkrais Method is a system of body movement that aimed at improving human functioning by increasing self-awareness through movement.
Biography

Yael Davids is based in Amsterdam. She is an artist and board member / volunteer at community centre Plan C and certified Feldenkrais instructor. An overview of her exhibitions and performances includes: Liverpool Central Library (2021); Liverpool Biennial (2020); Van Abbemuseum, the Netherlands (2019); Museo Tamayo, Mexico City (2018); Documenta 14, Germany and Greece (2017); Rotterdam Cultural Histories #7: Performance Festival Perish, Witte de With, the Netherlands (2016); and Les Laboratoires d'Aubervilliers, France (2015).

The doors open at 11:30 and the session starts at 12:00.
The duration of the session is about one hour maximum.
Please arrive on time to respect the beginning of the session and install yourself confortably.

°° Confortable, warm clothe, (since the lesson is done by lying on the floor it might get fresh)
°° Matrass or blanket to lay down comfortably (optional - a shwaal or fabric to lay on it )
