Please join us for the fourth leg of the Tinman Joburg series! Only 2 left of this 5 part series. Get to see the progress you have achieved and how close or far you are with your fitness and endurance goals. Or just a fun filled day with the family. We offer a wide range events for everyone from 8 years upwards to compete in.

Distances offered!
-MINI Triathlon
200m Swim /5km Cycle / 2.5km Run.
Open to anyone from 8yrs and up.

-Super Sprint
400m Swim / 10km Cycle / 2.5km Run.
Open to anyone 12yrs and up.

-Sprint Triathlon / Teams
750m Swim / 20km Cycle / 5km Run.
Open to anyone 15yrs and up.

-Sprint Duathlon
5km run / 20km Cycle / 2.5km Run
Open to anyone 16 yrs and up.

-Challenge Triathlon / Teams
1.2km Swim / 32km Cycle / 10km Run.
Open to anyone 16yrs and up
