Tiger Mountain Legacy Forest Plant Walk

WNPS is excited to co-host this group walk with our friends at the Legacy Forest Defence Coalition of Washington!


Join WNPS CPS Board Chair Geoff Berg and Kyle Krakow of the Legacy Forest Defense Coalition for a crisp fall stroll through a golden lowland forest on Tiger Mountain’s south side. 🌲✨

We’ll wander beneath mossy giants while learning about this forest’s story — from its connection to the proposed South Paw Timber Sale to its roots in the ancestral lands of the Snoqualmie Tribe.

📏 3 miles | ⛰️ 600 ft gain

📅 When: Meet at Greenlake Park & Ride (North Lot, 6601 8th Ave NE) at 9:00 am, or at the Tiger Mountain Trailhead at 10:00 am.
