Saturday Flow + Yin Yoga

This class will leave you feeling physically and energetically balanced! Practice begins with 30 minutes of dynamic movement. Emphasis on synchronizing breath with poses to create an intense internal heat and purifying sweat that detoxifies the body.
The last 30 minutes of practice, poses are held for several minutes focusing on finding increased mobility in the joints – spine, hips and shoulders. Each pose will aim to access the deep layers of fascia to release tension holding areas on the body.
