Femur Fridays
September 26th and October 3rd

Take a look at the system of the femur and how your thigh bone connects your pelvis to your feet. The longest bone in the body can play havoc with our stability and strength, yet most of us have only been given one “blueprint” of alignment.
Skeletal Saturdays
September 27th and October 4th
12:00 - 1:30 pm
Focus on your axial and appendicular awareness. The bones closest to your spine, your axial skeleton, inform your yoga through the skull, chest, ribs and vertebral column. The appendicular skeletal focuses on your pelvis and limbs. Imagine all the ways the shape of yoga is influenced by your unique bones, muscles and tissues.

About Tracy:
Tracy utilizes Skeletal Variety as a Yoga Alliance, E-500 RYT in her teacher trainings, but for the first time is offering a scaled down workshop for her students.
She is a passionate anatomy dork, a bone morphology lab nerd and a focused teacher who teaches with humor and precise language. Having spent the last 30 years on her mat exploring functional body work through the lens of Yoga, Pilates, The Feldenkrais Method, The Alexander Technique and formal theatrical training, she is more excited than ever to offer these workshops to her students.
