Channel the energy of the New Moon to set intentions for the month ahead. Chris will play the Sound Bowls and Carrlee will offer group Reiki and meditation to guide you into relaxation and healing. This day is the International Day of Peace and falls just before the Autumn Equinox, let’s become what we want to see in the world.

Wear something cozy and bring a mat and any props to help you settle into the space in comfort.
