We are delighted to invite adults with Down syndrome and their families to a special 3 hour onwards fun-filled gathering in Islamabad. This event is designed to celebrate abilities, create joyful moments, and bring our community together in a warm and inclusive space.

Art & Crafts (painting, drawing, creative fun)
Games & Activities (indoor + outdoor)

📍 Location: E-11 Community Space, Islamabad
🗓 Date: (To be finalized based on your responses)
⏰ Time: 5 hours (morning/afternoon) – we will choose a convenient time for most families
💙 Why This Event?
This gathering is especially meaningful as we focus on older adults with Down syndrome, who often have fewer opportunities for socializing and recreational activities. Together, we will create a space of dignity, laughter, and belonging for them and their families.
👩 About the Organizer
I am Sadia Hashmi, a mental health professional with 9+ years of experience in counseling and psychotherapy, and the founder of Down Syndrome Care Circle. My own brother, now 59 years old, has Down syndrome, and this initiative comes from a deeply personal commitment to celebrate and support individuals like him.
