We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to soften the body, quiet the mind, and awaken your inner aliveness. Cacao helps deepen intuition and connection, allowing you to drop into your body and prepare for the energetic work ahead.

Karen will guide you through intuitive card readings, helping you receive insights from your higher self. You’ll set clear intentions for what you want to release, activate, heal, or call into your life — anchoring your journey with purpose.

Learn a series of tantric breaths specifically designed to:

• Activate dormant energy within the body
• Enhance orgasmic, life-force energy
• Circulate sexual energy safely and consciously
• Expand sensitivity, pleasure, and awareness

You’ll be guided on how to rise energy up the chakras and how to send it throughout the body using breath, visualisation, and micro-cosmic circulation techniques.
