Theme: The Wisdom of Sunday

In This 90 Minute Class, We Will Sit With Ourselves In Stillness, Quieting The Mind to begin. We will then discuss the book "The Wisdom of Sundays: and spend time in Reflection, Journaling, and Gratitude." Christmas instrumental music will be played. A scented candle will be burning.
