Breath of Healing: An Experiential Workshop

What this is:

This session/workshop you are taught and gently guided thorugh easy practice of breathwork that supports your healing, release, renewal, and connection. Melissa assists you in learning to focus and flow your breath with intention and purpose. In this pattern of breath flow you learn and practice how to collect, enhance, and revitalize yourself.

This breathwork that can be repeated and used in meditation practice, day-to-day activities, during times of stress or injury, and with gentle awareness that allows you to shift, embrace, release, or repattern energy and flow in the body, mind, spirit, heart, and energy field.

Each Breath of Healing experience shares and teaches the similar process and pattern of breathwork and it is also unique to each group. It's not too rigid, but is structured so you can use it again and again. It has a process, but can be adapted to your specific needs as you work with it.
