This restorative workshop is created especially for teachers who are ready to pause, reset, and rebalance during their school break. Designed as a safe and supportive space, it brings together like-minded educators to rest, connect, and feel understood.
Together, we’ll explore micro self-care practices and practical tools to address burnout specific to the demands of teaching, helping you create sustainable boundaries that protect your energy. The experience includes guided meditation, gentle restorative movement, and a deeply restful sound bath to support nervous system regulation and true rest.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and supported—carrying with you a guided journal to continue reflecting, reconnecting with yourself, and integrating what you’ve learned as you return to the classroom and to your daily life with more clarity, balance, and resilience.
Investment - $65 - includes: Restorative Yoga, Guided Meditation and Deep Rest through Sound Bath. Takeaway Materials include - personalized Journal and workbook, your own crystal to take away to bring new energy into your classroom and a fresh mindset to take you into the rest of the year.
