Led by Equinox’s elite trainers, this strength-based HIIT class will get your blood pumping before we cool things down with a post-workout SAUNA and COLD PLUNGE session by the pool.
But that’s not all—your exclusive Thursday access lets you explore the ENTIRE GYM after class, including the hot tub, steam room, showers, locker rooms, pool, and more. Stay, unwind, and mingle with like-minded singles till closing time.
