Sharpen Your Mind! Memory Tips & Tricks

Boost your brainpower and enhance your memory in this interactive and fun-filled class! Discover effective tips and tricks to improve recall, strengthen cognitive skills, and keep your mind sharp. Engage in exciting games, activities, and exercises designed to make memory enhancement enjoyable and practical. This event is designed to help us all improve our thinking and memory skills.

This workshop is free and open to the community, pre-registration is not required for the workshop.

Complimentary memory screenings will also be available through Alzheimer's Orange County. Please call (949) 757-3706 to schedule your free screening.

Complimentary screenings will take place on the UUMC campus during the following times:

July 19th 11am-1pm
August 2nd 9am-12pm
August 18th 9am-12pm

If these dates don't work for you, Alzheimer's OC will be glad to schedule a complimentary screening for you at their facility. This event is open to the community to please bring friends, neighbors, and family members and encourage them to also call for screening appointments.
