Cancellation Policy for Walks
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking for a walk, please note the following:
Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the walk – You will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the walk – No refund will be given.
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to do so.
