Start at Starbucks/Panera Bread @ Woodbury Town Center...Take Jeffrey that becomes University to Campus Dr...Campus turns into Irvine Ave...Take Dover Dr to PCH...Then to 2nd Street to Seal Beach Blvd...Head back on PCH and head inland through Back Bay onto University and back to Woodbury Town Center.
