This Sunday will be Roger and Anya's last time to spend the morning with us before moving to France.

Conditions permitting, all are welcome.

■ Propose a 29 Mile Loop. Mostly flat. Some overpasses and rolling hills. Climbs are easy. Mostly easy fitness level.
