This hilarious, one-of-a-kind fairytale is based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and the hit Broadway musical, and it's coming to our stage for a magical, family-friendly event.
Join everyone's favorite ogre, Shrek, as his peaceful swamp is suddenly invaded by a motley crew of banished fairytale misfits. To reclaim his solitude, Shrek strikes a deal with the diminutive but evil Lord Farquaad: rescue the feisty Princess Fiona from her dragon-guarded tower, and his swamp will be returned to him.
With his fast-talking, wisecracking sidekick, Donkey, by his side, Shrek embarks on a quest filled with unexpected adventures and surprising twists. This heartwarming musical celebrates the power of friendship, self-acceptance, and the true meaning of a "happy ending." With an unforgettable score, energetic dance numbers, and a powerful message for all ages, Shrek the Musical JR. is a dazzling adventure that proves beauty is truly in the eye of the ogre.
