88 Tokamak
Nominally your average law-abiding-fusion-adjacent-guitar-music band, 88 Tokamak have a not-so-secret appreciation for adventurous production and the deconstruction of numerous genres. In the context of this paragraph, expect guitarist Scout Jordan and percussionist Miki Papasavas to combine swirling spiky textures, polyrhythmic layers, feedback juggling and some curious routing decisions to make a sound that is compelling in its unscrupulousness.

Terrornoid
Experimental electronic project from Ipswich founded by Craig, who had envisioned the concept since 1994 but brought it to life around 2020-2021 after reconnecting with music through the local underground scene. The core trio features Craig, Nathan Alexander Goodger, and Jesse Haywood, creating ambient, doom, drone and lo-fi electronic soundscapes using live instrumentation combined with sampling and synthesis. Deeply connected to Ipswich's creative community through Goleby's Basement, Terrornoid has released several works on Bandcamp and performs live soundtracks to films, representing the experimental edge of Queensland's regional music renaissance.

Lærn.
Better known for his drumming in numerous bands, Lærn. (Nathan MacGregor) draws influence from the experimental sounds of Warp/Rephlex from the 90s and the flexibility of modern-day Eurorack systems. Lærn delves into the intricate dance between frequency and rhythm, exploring the nuanced realms of chance and granularity.
