Halloween night at The Steamboat Tavern means one thing: loud guitars, questionable costumes, and the annual return of Ipswich’s most chaotic punk gathering.
On Friday 31 October, three bands will rattle the windows and possibly summon something unholy:
Fisti Kuffs – your hosts for the night, back to make noise and bad decisions.
Khoshekh – shadowy, intense, and best not stared at for too long.
Nihilistic Biscuits – bleak, crunchy, and harder to swallow than you’d expect.
Doors creak open at 7:30pm, bands start at 8pm sharp. Entry is £5, which is less than a pint of blood at the bar.
Fancy dress is encouraged. Think spooky, strange or just plain ridiculous. The scarier the better, but no prizes for “came straight from work.”
It’s Halloween, it’s punk, and it’s going to be loud.
