Cock Up Trail Run

Repeating our quest of a couple of years ago to run the bulk of the Gipping Valley Footpath by night we shall tonight run from Bramford Cock upstream towards Needham.
We might again this winter slowly run the best bit of the Gipping Valley footpath.
Because it’s a river run you can make it as long or short as you want. Some will want to get to Needham others can turn back earlier.
All of it is off road but head torch and hi viz please folks.
Food is available at the pub until 9pm so should be a great evening.
As with all our runs completely free to all.
