💗You have begun the journey of acceptance and looking to explore and celebrate what’s next - we are celebrating with you.
💗You looking for some inspiration to move forwards with how you view your body - Your in the right place.
What I Would like you to know
Everyone’s pathway is different, we can all learn from one another as our emotions and feeling are very similar.
💗I appreciate your fears and nervousness. I know the feelings you have around being judged, the thought of talking about Body Image may feel vulnerable for some of you – your ready to begin the journey of accepting your body, your just scared to take the step out of your comfort zone.
Those pressures come from outside of you, though internally you are feeling the heavy weight of holding onto your thoughts and feelings for so many years , know you are ready to let go.
These discussions are for you, your presence is welcomed, this is a relaxed space, you will be greeted with smiles and a calm and gentle hello.
You are absolutely welcome to pull up a chair in this space - in fact I encourage you to do so.
Come and listen if you would prefer, you will still take something away with you.
I have kept these discussions small to reduce the fear and overwhelm, while also leaving space for those who wish to speak, to do so at a pace that is comfortable for them.
You matter and you are worthy of showing up for yourself and being heard, if that’s your desire.
What are these spaces?
A beautiful relaxed little haven to share, learn, inspire and educate one another through lived experiences with like-minded women who are kind, compassionate and supportive.
A great place to begin looking at achievable steps/ actions to improve your perceptions around Body Image.
These discussions create a place where those who attended felt safe to discuss without the fear of being judged.

As a soulful Portrait Photographer specialising in Body Empowerment Photography, I recognised the dis-harmony women live with, within their bodies and became curious about why, and how I could help to change this and so created these spaces.
Theres accessible parking and entrance to the rear of the building.
Treat yourself to a drink from the bar, you are welcome to bring it through to our private room.
