I'm hosting the small, cozy Gathering for women who are tired of carrying around your bodily woes, into every day and every room, the ones that hold you back from achieving your lifeās desires.
As the whispers from yourself or others niggle away and take up residency in your mind, controlling your thoughts and feelings.
These gatherings are for like minded women, who are done, secretly holding on to thoughts and feelings around your body - you are not alone.
For women to gather together, unravel stories, or quietly listen ( you decide), let your soul reflect and find calm and peace within your mind, with plenty of laughter and giggles and a sprinkling, if you so wish, of seriousness- leave feeling lighter.

I have carved out a beautiful, gentle and nurturing space, within the hidden garden cafe in Ipswich, a warm and cozy space to breathe, relax and exhale under the warmth of the undercover garden cafe.
I understand the feelings of nervousness apprehension and fear of judgement, which is why I have kept the numbers small for a more intimate and less intimidating space.

Why come and gather with us ?
As a Soulful Portrait Photographer, specialising in Body Empowerment Photography, I became curious about why women live with such dis-harmony within their bodies, behind the lens I heard some inspiring stories, it was here that I witnessed the beautiful and transformational change in women as they stepped into their power.
Here was my inspiration, for providing women with the space to realise they are not alone in their thoughts and feelings. And so was born Body Conscious Gatherings.
