Discover ways to express yourself through movement, drawing, writing, and speaking. Have art and/or writing materials available. For most of the time your eyes will be closed during meditation and to move from your inner impulses, and off screen to write and/or draw.
Lakshmi Sirois, will create a safe space for you to embark on this inner journey of greater acceptance of your; body, emotions, thoughts, sensations, and soul. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist, and a Certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Instructor, who is trauma sensitive, and has been practicing and studying Authentic Movement for 45 years.
