About the event

Recovery Yoga

Local yoga instructor, Noelle, has partnered with Community & Family Resources to open up a special session of her free Recovery Yoga class to everyone (even if you aren’t in recovery!).

This free yoga class will take place at the Iowa City Public Library in Meeting Room A on Sun., Aug. 31, 2025, at 2:00 pm in honor of International Overdose Awareness Day.

Come experience the health advantages of yoga in a loving and non-judgmental environment. All you need is a water bottle and an open heart!
