At Wilson’s, our Hunter’s Moon Dinner honors this moment with a thoughtfully crafted farm-to-table menu and specially curated drinks.
More than just dinner, it’s a pause to savor the harvest, gather with friends and family, and mark the turning of the season together.
Our culinary team will guide you through a four-course meal with four paired drinks, from Duck Confit Croquettes with a Sage & Blood Orange Spritz to a decadent trio of chocolate truffles with Ruby Port.
🍴 First Course: Duck Confit Croquette with Chocolate, Pomegranate, and Red Wine (Pairing – Sage & Blood Orange Gin Spritz)
🥂 Second Course: Steamed Mussels with Preserved Lemon, Herb Butter, Leeks, Radishes, and Grilled Sourdough (Pairing – Muscadet)
🍖 Third Course: Filet of Venison with Root Vegetable Puree, Sauce Chasseur, and Gremolata (Pairing – Malbec)
🍫 Fourth Course: Trio of Chocolate Truffles with Fruit Preserves, Toasted Nuts, and Honey (Pairing – Ruby Port)
