Cold Moon Dinner

Join us for the Cold Moon on Thursday, December 6th for a four-course meal with four drink pairings. Doors open at 6:00 pm, food will be served at 6:20 pm.

First Course

Savory Miso - Cheddar Cheesecake with Apple Chilli Crisp

Second Course

Roasted Winter Salad with Beets, Turnips, Carrots, Endive, and Blood Orange Vinaigrette

Third Course

Smoked Meatloaf with Rutabaga & Celery Mash, Braised Collards, and Juniper - Port Demi

Fourth Course

Semifreddo with Chocolate, Pistachio Anglaise, and Ginger Cookie
