Paranormal Duo Event

Join us for an exclusive two-night paranormal experience as we kick off spooky season in unforgettable style! Your ticket grants you full access to both nights of investigation at two historic locations, each featuring special appearances. You'll have the opportunity to explore alongside Tory, Stephanie, Josh Heard, and Fright Nite!

The event begins at Sleeper Mortuary (110 N. Washington, Iola, KS) on September 12, 2025, with doors opening at 3:00 PM. Bring your air mattresses, bedding, flashlights, and any investigation equipment you'd like - make yourself at home and prepare for a night of spooky fun!

What sets this event apart is the freedom it offers: there is no set end time for your invesigation. You are welcome to explore as long as you'd like and rest when you're ready. Please be aware that this is a public investigation, and other ticket holders may choose to continue their activities after you've decided to rest. While you are welcome to remain on-site overnight, those seeking uninterrupted sleep may consider booking nearby accommodations, such as an Airbnb, at their own expense. A temporary door code will be provided to all attendees, allowing you to enter and exit the building at your convenience throught the event. Please do not share your door code with anyone.

On the morning of September 13, 2025, we'll regroup and head to McInteer Villa (1301 Kansas Ave, Atchison, KS) to continue the adventure with another full night of investigation. The event concludes on September 14 at 10:00 AM.

Please note: Attendees are responsible for their own transportation between locations and all meals/snacks/drinks throught the event.

Each location will feature special guests, who are scheduled from 7:00 PM until 2:00 AM. Due to the extended nature of this event, which encompasses two full overnight periods rather than traditional event hours, special guests will not be expected to fulfill any duties before 7:00 PM or after 2:00 AM. Please be mindful of their presence and give them space to experience the venue alongside you outside of the stated hours.

Once the doors open and check-in is complete, a guided tour will be offered to those interested. All attendees will have the opportunity to investigate with the special guests during a designated portion of the evening. Outside of that, you are welcome to explore and investigate independently.

Live streaming is permitted - just be courteous and ensure that those around you are aware you are filming. Additionally, both special guests and property owners will be available for informal investigations beyond the structured session between the hours of 7 PM and 2 AM should you wish to join them.

JOSH HEARD

Josh Heard is the man you will meet if you book Malvern Manor in Malvern, Iowa! In addition to his role at the manor, he is a documentary film maker, published author, and content creator. He was featured on the second season of TLC's Paranormal Lockdown and the first season of Travel Channel's Haunting in the Heartland. He was a host on the podcast G-Crew alongside Nick Groff, Chad Lindberg, and Johnny Houser. He has been a guest speaker at several paracons and a featured special guest at multiple events. In his personal time, Josh is a singer and guitarist for his band, JB Acoustic. He also co-manages an apiary, Honeygrove Hives, a venture he launched with his brother. Above all, Josh is huband to his wife Kirsten and a proud father to three children.

FRIGHT NITE

Jeremy and Blake make up this dynamic duo behind Fright Nite! As content creators, they produce engaging paranormal-focused media available on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. Their works takes them across the midwest as they explore haunted locations and document their experiences. In addition to capturing compelling paranormal evidence, their content showcases a fun and humerous side that resonates with audiences. Based in Oklahoma, Fright Nite will be making their debut appearance at our event FOR US! Make sure you don't miss your opportunity to investigate with these guys!
