Yoga in the Shala

Join us for an all levels/all welcome Yoga in the Shala class every Tuesday from 6-7:30pm to work on intentional movement, breathwork and connection with nature & others.

✨ Cultivate a playful & joyful spirit

Please bring:
- Yoga mat, any props you use and a blanket/towel for savasana
- Plenty of water
- Blanket for Savasana
- Love donation for your teacher 💚
- Your favorite human or furbaby
- An open, curious heart & mind

✨ During cold nights we meet at The Soulful Shala ~ 5261 S. Alden Ave. Inverness
