Sound Bath Meditation with Jim Red Sky

Come emerge yourself in the healing frequency of hand drum, gongs, rattles, and singing bowls guided by Jim Red Sky in a safe and nurturing space.

Sound vibration has an immediate effect on the body and the more subtle layers such as nervous system. It enchanted a profound feeling of relaxation and a sense of total harmonization of mind, body and spirit.

A sound session aims to support the recipient in a deeper awareness, stimulating self-healing capacities and regulating nervous system.
