Please join me for this super gentle relaxation session in the beautiful little Village Hall in Stopham (just opposite the church).
I will be guiding all of my guests into a state of deep stillness with Yoga Nidra - a lovingly composed long guided meditation.
I then will be using a blend of my own Nepalese Singing Bowls, Ocean drum, beautiful wind gong, tincha and koshi chimes and my tongue drum to take you further and deeper into what I hope will be a blissful state in which your mind, body and spirit can heal and cultivate inner balance and peace from within.
I will be serving herbal teas and plant based snacks, and will also be bringing along some extra little magic tools of mine to make this little offering super special.
What to bring ::
A Yoga mat (please let me know if you do not have one as I have lots of spares!)
A pillow
A bolster if you have one or second pillow for under your knees
A thick blanket or possibly two
Snugly socks - in fact wear your snugliest clothes! I have had people show up in their pjs before and this is absolutely fine!
