Seitan making workshop

Come and join us to learn how to make seitan. Seitan is a plant based food made from wheat gluten which is high in protein and therefore makes an excellent meat substitute in plant powered meals.


We will be under the guidance of the experienced vegan chef, Joni Phippin, who is passionate about promoting plant based eating. As well as making the seitan, we will then use it to make a tasty and nutritious stew.
