🥳 It's that time of year again! We are delighted to share details of our family Open Day on 6th September 2025. 🥳
Drop in between the hours of 10am-4pm to chat all things Family History, Conservation and Local History and to look at our specially created exhibitions, which this year will focus on the subject of architectural heritage. We'll be telling stories of houses, churches, businesses, hospitals and many other buildings, as well as shedding light on some of those who shaped the Highlands' architecture!
And, if you've always wanted to know more about how the archive works, take a peek into our six miles of bespoke storage, or learn how we repair damaged historic documents why not book onto one of our three free tours (at 10.30am, 12.30pm and 2pm).
Whether you're a regular in the archive, your children have told you about it after a school trip, or you've never been in the building before we'd love to see you on the 6th September!
