General Level Yoga Class

General level yoga class. The studio is located withing the Caledonain Martial Arts Centre beside Inverness Ice Rink, free parking. Please bring your own mat but otherwise I have props - belts/ blocks etc which you can use in the class. The class is £12 drop in or £40 for a four class pass usable within 6 months. If you have any significant injuries or conditions please contact me prior to attending the class.
