Anyone who is up for this Transformational workshop/class please get in touch.

Chakradance in my opinion is the expressive, intuitive sister of yoga.

Chakradance is a welcoming you home to your own body and soul in a safe container, where letting go of your traumas and blockages is at your own pace.

This workshops/classes is a 9 week immersion but will also be available as single workshops working through each Chakra.

This first week is the full 7 chakra class to see which Chakra you feel you are stagnant in.
