FREE Photography in Nature Session

Photography In Nature is a reflective session designed to promote mental well-being through creative engagement with the natural environment.

Join in with our very own Debbi to take part in a gentle guided walk, using cameras or smartphones to observe and capture the details of the natural world. Debbi is self taught in photography and has found that it has helped her in her own recovery. She is keen to share this with you and to show how through mindful photography and artistic reflection, the session encourages a deeper connection with nature, helping to reduce stress, enhance mood, and foster a sense of calm and presence.

We will meet at the Jammy Piece at the Muirtown Basin of the canal and take a walk out to the point or around the Muirtown Nature Reserve area.
