Interflow Summer Gathering ♡

We're opening the circle again...to weave worlds of connection, culture, rhythm & movement!

Our multi art wellbeing events are vibrant celebrations where participants are guided through seasonal journeys. Each gathering is an inclusive and enriching experience, crafted to reflect the season.

Women and children (aged 4-10) are invited to participate side by side, fostering shared joy and embrace the chance to slow down, share presence and rise together.

Together we share in the joy of moving, creating, exploring & connecting with nature, rhythm and each other— with a few surprises woven through! This is a space for laughter, presence & belonging.

PLUS we have invited a very special and talented guest to enhance our flow with African and belly dance.

This event has limited tickets to keep the circle experience intimate.
