A Soundbath is a full body meditative experience that intentionally uses sound vibrations of specific tones and frequencies to envelop the body and encourage gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative results. Sound Vibrations are an invitation into deeper states of consciousness, the Alpha, Theta and Delta states, creating conditions for vitality and wellbeing. Debbie was guided to take her first Reiki course in 2009 which took her on a wonderful journey; it was unknown to her but felt innate at the same time. In 2020 she received her Masters/Teachers Certificate and opened a private practice and a metaphysical shop in Elmvale Ontario.
Debbie's journey is never ending and consistently expansive as she continues her work and studies in Vibration and Sound healing through Reiki, Soundbaths and Tuning Forks!
She is ever excited for what the future yet holds!!!
