TVTA Trail Digging

Hi TVTA Friend,

We're hosting a series of public dig sessions which will target at different trails dependent upon the weather and the number of volunteers.

We will meet and register people at Innerleithen Memorial Hall and will aim to head up the hill shortly afterwards.

There will be a few vehicles travelling up, so hopefully we should be able to get most people close to the site without too much hassle. Feel free to cycle up.

Don’t worry if you have limited experience – there will be plenty of people with trail experience to guide you.

Please bring with you suitable clothing and footwear. If you have steel toe capped boots please wear them, if not, strong sturdy boots will be sufficient. We recommend you bring a waterproof with you.

Please ensure that you sign in at the start of the session, out at the end and make sure any tools you use are given back to the TVTA team at the end of the session.

Please do aim to be self-sufficient with regards food and water.

If you can’t make it for any reason, please cancel your booking, so we can free up a space to someone who can.

That should cover it all for now. We will supply more information by email a few days before the dig.
