The Winter Season is desgined to help us connect deeper to ourselves, rest, grieve and ground in preparation for the Spring. Without an intentional start to this season, we may find ourselves filled with anxiety, deep saddness, & fear. Join us as we welcome the winter & western New Year in with love, gratitude, and community.
