Zumba® Gold With Yoyi la Cubana
All Tuesdays from 8:00 am
~ This session will start from Sept 16th - Nov 3rd taking into consideration the closure of our pools and finding ways to keep our mermaids active with a few fitness activities adjusted to land exercises and very moderated flows.
~ Zumba® Gold: Aimed for older adults, beginners or anyone looking for a modified Zumba class at a lower intensity. The class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.
