Sourdough Beginners Workshop – Cozy Fall Edition
Embrace the warmth of the season with our special fall-inspired sourdough workshop! In this hands-on class, Kayla of Crust and Crumb Bakeshop will guide you through the essentials of sourdough baking — from caring for your starter to mixing, shaping, and baking.

This workshop will feature cozy fall and winter flavours and a unique twist: you’ll learn how to create sourdough bread shaped like a pumpkin. Each participant will also be gifted a freshly baked pumpkin-shaped sourdough loaf in their choice of flavour — Pumpkin Spice or Apple Cider — the perfect treat to take home and share.

Alongside the instruction, you’ll get to sample some of Kayla’s seasonal sourdough creations while you mingle in the warm, welcoming atmosphere of Femme Community Space. You’ll also head home with your own sourdough starter, so you can continue your baking journey long after the workshop.
